Product Overview  
The channel control system is an intelligent monitoring system capable of achieving functions such as cold channel lighting switch control, floodlight color change, skylight opening and resetting, electric door mechanism control, integrated temperature/humidity collection, and fire smoke alarm control. Environmental sensor data and channel control data collected by the acquisition module are uploaded to the intelligent screen and dynamic environment monitoring system via RS485 communication, enabling real-time monitoring of the entire channel system and effective management of its operational quality.

 Product Functions  
 ※ Lighting Control:  
- Cold channel lighting can be turned on/off via infrared sensor switches inside the channel, 86-type panel switches by the door, the control box panel, a 10-inch intelligent display screen, and RS485 communication.  
- Supports up to **60 DC12V LED white light single-lamp brackets** or **30 DC12V LED white light beam lights**. AC220V lighting fixtures are also supported.  
- The system defaults to turning off the lights when powered on. To protect the lamp lifespan, each operation is limited to 2 seconds by default.  
※ Floodlight Control:  
- Floodlights can be turned on/off via the control box panel, 10-inch intelligent display screen, and RS485 communication. Floodlight colors can be set at the factory or changed via RS485 communication.  
- Color states are divided into three levels: Normal, General Alarm, and Critical Alarm. Colors can be customized by clients; default factory settings are: Normal (Blue), General Alarm (Yellow), Critical Alarm (Red).  
- Floodlights are powered by DC12V, with a common positive terminal and negative terminals for RGB three-color control.The channel control system switches the negative terminals of the three colors to produce 7-color outputs. Supports up to 60 DC12V LED-RGB single-lamp brackets or 30 DC12V LED-RGB beam floodlights.
※ Skylight Control:
Skylights can be electric skylight assemblies or manual magnetic skylights.Electric skylights: Can be opened/closed via the control box panel, 10-inch intelligent display screen, external dry contacts, and RS485 communication.
Manual magnetic skylights: Can be opened via the control box panel, 10-inch intelligent display screen, external dry contacts, and RS485 communication, requiring a 5-second interval for manual closing after opening.
Each motor assembly supports 15 skylights; long channels can use 2 motor assemblies to open/close skylights simultaneously. Magnetic skylights support up to 30 skylights.
A 5-second interval is required between skylight opening and closing operations to avoid switch oscillations caused by command conflicts.
Electric skylights automatically reset (约 10 seconds) when powered on, ending in the closed state. For manual skylights, wait 10 seconds after power-up before manual closing.
※ Front/Back Door Control:
Front and back channel doors can use automatic sliding door mechanisms or manual push-pull door magnetic locks. Doors can be opened via the 10-inch intelligent display screen and RS485 communication.
The system defaults to closed doors when powered on. A 5-second interval is required between operations via the 10-inch screen or RS485.
Two door opening modes:Single-point activation: Doors open temporarily and close automatically after a delay (set by the automatic door mechanism knob). For magnetic locks, power-off lasts approximately 5 seconds.
Long-term open mode: The door remains open after activation via the 10-inch screen or RS485 until a closing command is issued.
※ Temperature/Humidity and Smoke Sensing:
Temperature/Humidity:1× DC12V power supply and RS485 interface terminal.
Collects data from 2 temperature/humidity sensors via RS485 MODBUS protocol, displayed on the 10-inch screen and uploaded to the dynamic environment monitoring system.
Temperature upper/lower thresholds and humidity upper thresholds can be set via the screen or RS485.
Smoke Sensing:
2× DC12V power supplies and DI interface terminals.
Monitors 2 independent smoke sensors, with status displayed on the 10-inch screen and uploaded via RS485.
Alarm Triggers:
When temperature/humidity exceed thresholds or smoke is detected, the screen displays an alarm and uploads the status via RS485.
Actions:
Temperature exceedance or smoke alarm: Skylights open automatically, and a built-in buzzer alarms. General alarms (yellow floodlights) for temperature, critical alarms (red floodlights) for smoke.
1× external alarm dry contact supports AC220V 2A, DC24V 5A, DC12V 10A external devices (e.g., external buzzers or emergency exhaust fans).
Smoke alarms trigger automatic door opening.
※ System Alarm Functions:
Alarm Levels: General Alarm (Yellow) and Critical Alarm (Red), with floodlights changing color accordingly (default: Normal=Blue).
Alarm Triggers:
Temperature exceeding the upper limit
Abnormal smoke sensor status
External dry contact triggers (e.g., fire system dry contacts)
Skylight opening
RS485-received alarms
Alarm Outputs: Built-in buzzer, 1× external passive dry contact, and floodlight color changes.
※ Alarm Mute Function:
Via 10-inch screen: Click the mute button to silence the buzzer and stop external dry contact outputs until the sound is reactivated. Floodlight alarms remain active.
Via control box panel: Press the number "0" to mute the buzzer and external outputs until a new alarm occurs. Floodlight alarms remain active.
The system reverts to normal status after alarms are cleared.
