Functional Power Distribution Unit
The Functional PDU (Power Distribution Unit) series is designed for power supply, communication, control, and other cabinet equipment, widely applied in large/medium/small data centers, office environments, dispatch centers, control centers, and similar scenarios. The entire unit's casing is constructed from T5-strength eco-friendly profiles with a black plastic spray finish. Internally, it utilizes high-purity oxygen-free copper busbars with integrated automatic welding technology (low resistance, excellent conductivity), ensuring the PDU products are visually appealing, structurally robust, with controllable temperature rise, and compliant with RoHS standards. Designed in accordance with IEC standards, the Functional PDU addresses scenarios where standard PDUs have limited output sockets and functions. It meets customized development needs, including: air switches for high-power AC/DC input/output, support for independent control of single/multiple grouped sockets; optional functional modules such as transparent open junction boxes, temperature detection modules, air/hydraulic switch components, ammeter modules, socket execution modules, lightning protection modules, fuses, etc.; compatibility with single-phase AC, three-phase AC, -48V DC, 240V high-voltage DC, 336V high-voltage DC, and other power systems; and support for connecting 8 types of sensors, including temperature/humidity, door magnetism, water leakage, smoke detection, temperature, infrared, and wind speed sensors. A single Functional PDU can meet the power demand of an entire cabinet's equipment.
Intelligent Power Distribution Unit
The Intelligent PDU (K/F Series) is widely used in high-end large/medium/small data centers, office environments, dispatch centers, control centers, and other scenarios, particularly suitable for data rooms requiring unattended operation, intelligence, reliability, and high security.
The Intelligent PDU enables remote management of the data room:
- Remotely monitor total current, voltage, power consumption, power factor, and operational status of equipment in the cabinet.
- Remotely monitor current, voltage, power consumption, power factor, and operational status of individual devices.
- Remotely control the start/stop of individual devices, sequential power on/off, threshold alarm management, and permission management.
- Upload signals from 8 types of sensors, including temperature/humidity, door magnetism, water leakage, smoke detection, temperature, infrared, and wind speed. Through network/serial ports, it achieves remote and local multi-dimensional control over the data room’s operational status, energy consumption, alarms, and potential hazards, helping build simple, intelligent, secure, and reliable data centers.
**Intelligent PDU (K Series)**: Enables remote management via network ports, supporting TCP/UDP protocols (including SNMP V3, HTTP, SSL, TELNET, SSH, SMTP, etc.) and CA certificate loading.
**Intelligent PDU (F Series)**: Enables local area management via serial ports.
Smart Meters Have Powerful Functions
The network port type smart electricity meters cover all functions of the F-series serial port type smart electricity meters, adopt a dual-network port design, and have a built-in switch to support network cascading.
- Access and monitor via Ethernet or local area network, with 10/100Mb network self-adaptation to achieve fast remote access.
- Access methods include WEB, SNMP (V1/V2c/V3), Telnet/MODBUS-RTU, etc., with a USB hot-swappable WiFi module.
- Support customization of protocols such as TCP, ICMP, DHCP, SMTP, and NTP.
- Support CA certificate loading for security protection in the financial industry.
- Support encrypted command-line access via SSHV2.
- Monitoring terminals are compatible with mainstream operating systems such as Win7,Win10, and Linux.
- Intelligently identify the maximum output current of the product and the power of devices that can currently be connected to the product.
- USB sensor interface, supporting access to up to 8 types of sensors with automatic identification; the power meter head supports hot-swapping, and the socket working status remains unchanged in case of failure.
- View sensor data, temperature and humidity parameter information, as well as access control, smoke, and water immersion sensor information via the LCD screen.
